OSIsoft EMEA User Conference

  • Date: October 13 – 17, 2015
  • Location: Prague, Czech Republic
  • Description: Attendees will learn from industry experts how to enable operational intelligence and experience see the latest road map from OSIsoft and how organizations are leveraging the PI infrastructure to deliver operational excellence.

International Water Association Water and Development Congress

  • Date: October 18 – 22, 2015
  • Location: Dead Sea, Jordan
  • Description: This conference will connect attendees to the latest trends, best practices, innovative technologies and pioneering science across the following themes, which include: 1) water conflict and cooperation; 2) rapid urbanization and resilience; 3) water resources management for agriculture, industry and groundwater; 4) new business models for water and sanitation services;  and, 5) water and cleantech opportunities.

American Water Summit: Scalable Solutions

  • Date: October 20 – 21, 2015
  • Location: Denver, CO
  • Description: The American Water Summit brings together senior executives and top decision makers from water, energy, finance, technologies and cities to talk about the business of water in an environment which allows for maximum understanding. USWP Side Event at the UNC Water and Health Conference: “Resilient WASH for Cities”

  • Date: October 26, 2015 at 10:30 AM (U.S. Eastern)
  • Location: Chapel Hill, NC
  • Description: This session will convene a roundtable discussion around the challenges and opportunities across three areas: 1) technologies/approaches; 2) data and information; and 3) financing mechanisms. Participants will share their experience and case studies, discuss linkages between the three areas, identify gaps and outline potential opportunities for public-private partnerships to address the aforementioned gaps.

2015 Water and Health Conference: Where Science Meets Policy

  • Date: October 26 – 30, 2015
  • Location: Chapel Hill, NC
  • Description: This conference, organized by The Water Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, considers drinking water supply, sanitation, hygiene and water resources in both the developing and developed worlds with a strong public health emphasis. The conference will adopt a new structure this year. Side events will be held each morning, while verbal presentations and plenary sessions will be held each afternoon. The three days of poster presentations capped by evening receptions will continue as in previous years.

American Water Resources Association (AWRA) Annual Conference
  • Date: November 16 – 19, 2015
  • Location: Denver, CO
  • Description: AWRA's Annual Conference is a great opportunity to network with and learn from practitioners, policy makers and academics on timely water resources issues. More information on the program sessions and themes is available here

American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting 2015 on "Water-Energy-Food Nexus: Implementations and Challenges in the Context of Climate Change"
  • Date: December 14 – 18, 2015
  • Location: San Francisco, CA
  • Description:This conference is the largest Earth and space science meeting in the world and a great place to present research, hear about the latest discoveries, trends, and challenges in the field, and network with the Earth and space sciences community.
